Hi, I'm Yuki from Machikoko staff!

This time, I'll be talking about our monthly strategy meeting with our clients!

When we have strategy meetings, new ideas for things we want to try and changes we want to make from our current methods keep popping up. The discussion moves quickly with responses like, "Let's give that a try!", which really gets us fired up! 💪

On this day, one of the new things we decided to start was sharing information on social media. "I'll do it someday" means I'll never do it, so we created an account on the spot, took photos on the spot, and made our first post on the spot (and we've already made 3 posts!). "We'd like a logo for our profile," so we even started talking about holding an in-house competition for logo design.

When starting something new, it's better to just take action rather than overthinking it! We were really inspired by that lesson when we came back. ☺️
