Hello! This is Aoi from Machikoko staff, and today, as always, we're steadily making progress on our preparations for the Gift Show. The day before yesterday and yesterday, I visited all nine companies that will be exhibiting together with us. I was able to check in on the progress of their exhibit production and also take some photos to be used in the catalog.
The personalities of everyone exhibiting with me are so strong that they kept striking all sorts of poses, and my photo folder is a mess. There are a lot of hilarious photos that I could never post publicly, so I'm going to keep them until the day comes when I can use them.
Here's how everyone gathered! So many lovely smiles! (Except for the guy with the mohawk in the middle, lol.)
We'd love to have everyone there at the Gift Show! ...but due to the effects of COVID-19, only MACHICOCO will be present at the venue on the day. We're planning a Zoom Q&A session after the Gift Show where you can ask questions directly to the artisans, so please look forward to it.
We'll be giving live tours of our booth and exhibits from the venue on the day of the Gift Show, so if you can't make it to the venue, please join us there! We'll reply to your comments in real time!
