At Machikoko, we accept inquiries about manufacturing, and we receive all sorts of requests. This time, we received a request from a kindergarten staff member!

When manufacturing the metal fittings, we conducted an on-site inspection to determine "what specifications are necessary" and to assess the usage environment of the playground equipment.InterviewWhat's important for playground equipment is, after all,strength.
We performed strength calculations, proposed the creation of reinforcing brackets, and then began production.
We took the actual product, matched its shape, and manufactured it using laser cutting. It was completed in one week!
And so, we manufactured and installed the reinforcing brackets.The playground equipment repairs have been successfully completed.I wonder if all the kids at kindergarten are having fun playing?
