At the Creative Lab, we offer a "mini-rental factory" service where you can rent out machines for a limited time to do your own fabrication work.(We also offer space-only rentals and consultation services for those who don't know how to make things ♫)
Now, let me introduce some of the most representative processing machines.
What kind of work can you do?
First up, here's the most frequently used option!SandblastingIt can finely grind metal surfaces to a smooth, silky finish. It is used for various purposes such as removing rust from parts, pre-painting preparation, and cosmetic modifications. It can also beautifully polish uneven shapes that are difficult to achieve by hand.
Next,Belt SanderThe sanding belt is rotating. It's perfect for when you want to thoroughly sand a surface but find using sandpaper too much of a hassle.
This is a milling machine. You can drill holes of your desired size into metal.
And this cool giraffe-like thing is a band saw. It can cleanly cut metal and wood.
A mini desktop lathe. It can be used to machine cylindrical metal parts.
A grinder. When metal burrs appear, you can use this to smooth and polish the edges for peace of mind.
Here are the last three examples (the seven pieces in the back of the photo) that were cut with a band saw, machined on a lathe, and polished with a grinder.
They made so many parts from a single straight aluminum pipe!
We look forward to your reservation!

Customers with a variety of hobbies enjoy customizing items themselves and creating their own unique products. Motorcycles, camping gear, radio-controlled helicopters, model guns, musical instruments, craftworks... there are many items from deep and fascinating worlds that I, as a staff member, never knew about, and I'm always entertained by them. It's really cool how hobbies can develop into crafting skills.
