Hello.Hi, this is Chika from MACHICOCO staff.
Lately, I've found something to look forward to every Thursday. It's seeing the energy of everyone who gathers for the "Machikoko After-School Study Group," where we all research information dissemination together, sometimes chatting and sometimes working diligently!
Last week was the first session. The attendees were all manufacturing professionals who use social media like Instagram to share their experiences. Some focused mainly on personal matters, while others focused mainly on their work.
One of the most common concerns regarding company communication is:
"We have nothing to share," "There's too much confidential information to share."
I was thinking about what to post with the theme "I won't let you say that!"
Machikoko staff member Aoi-chan (in Spartan mode) shared her own ideas and those of Machikoko CEO Toya, and everyone discussed them.
During the workshop time, we all learned about Instagram's features by tapping away on our smartphones.
Yesterday, the second day,
I'm researching "how to create a profile" and "how to take beautiful photos with a smartphone" 🤓!
I also participated, and I received a lot of helpful tips from everyone regarding my profile and posts.
I want people to feel a sense of closeness with me! But at the same time, I want to explain things properly and ensure they understand what I'm trying to convey. I decided to research how to strike that balance between empathy and understanding.
The second half was dedicated to individual workshops! "How do you add text?" "Do you use any apps for photo collages?" "I'm always wondering about the best timing for posting."
From concerns about posting online to tips on photo editing, try out various things while tapping away on your smartphone 💪
The "Machikoko After-School Study Group" will continue to be held every Thursday!
It's inevitable to have worries about sharing your thoughts and feelings. But when I participated, seeing other people who were also struggling and working hard motivated me to think, "Maybe I should try harder too." Later, I also met with other participants.Seeing their posts, I was inspired and thought, "Ah! They're making good use of it!"There's also the enjoyment of being able to casually motivate and improve together.
It's so great that we're all doing it together!
▼ Let's definitely research communication together! 😊🔥 ▼
