Hello! This is Aoi from Machikoko staff.
The other day, I had the opportunity to interview a certain FA equipment manufacturer. It was an absolutely fantastic company, and the interview was incredibly enjoyable.
The purpose of this interview was to create a brochure that the equipment manufacturer would use for recruiting new employees.
This time, we interviewed people from various positions, including the president, sales staff, programmers, and engineers.
It was very clear that everyone loves their company and takes pride in their work, but what impressed me most was how well everyone got along!
What impressed me most was that they weren't just getting along well like friends and having fun together, but that everyone, regardless of age or position, shared the same level of enthusiasm to "do good work" as colleagues.
The anecdotes that came up were all wonderful. It's easy to say that the atmosphere is good, but these little anecdotes made me feel, "Ah, this really is a great company." A company's character really shows in these kinds of things.
Fast, cheap, and delicious are important, but those words alone don't convey the message very well. Another customer recently said, "That's what it sounds like when you put it into words, but everyone says it, don't they...?"
It's not that everyone's saying it's a strength, but rather it's about how you express it. There must be some anecdotes that support that characteristic, such as comments from customers or conversations within the company.
If you look closely at each individual aspect, even though they may all be described as "fast" or "cheap," they differ from company to company. Some companies simply offer the lowest prices, while others, even if they have to admit that something is impossible, work closely with customers, consulting and proposing solutions to get as close to their needs as possible. At first, I also thought they were all the same, but after visiting various factories, I realized something. 😊
We established a new division last month called the "Small Factory Direction Business Division."

It's still very new and in the assembly stage. Full operation won't begin until after the New Year, but we'll do our best to be of some help through things like creating company brochures like this one and holding study sessions to think about what to communicate.
Today I wrote down my thoughts as the person in charge 😊 Thank you for reading! See you tomorrow, Chika-chan!
