Hello! This is Aoi from the staff. It's so cold... It's even snowing lightly in Osaka.
Despite the cold weather, I had the pleasure of visiting a wonderful and inviting company in Kyoto with our president!
This was the kickoff meeting for the "Let's Become Better at Communicating Project (tentative) (I decided on the name myself)." Last time, we had our initial meeting at MACHICOCO, so today was my first time visiting!
It's a press shop, but the place I visited today was this space. It's spacious and beautiful, which really lifted my spirits 🥺 And for drinks, they asked, "Coffee, tea, matcha latte, tea latte... which would you like?" 🥺 It's like a cafe, how wonderful! (I didn't hesitate to ask for a matcha latte! (lol) So happy...)
That's right. This factory has a cafe-like space, and they plan to develop this space into a co-working space and event venue in the future. They also regularly hold events for children at local shopping malls, expanding their community-based activities. I learned a lot from how they are challenging themselves to do things flexibly without being bound by the idea that "it's a manufacturing company, so it's just about making things." I'm so happy to be working with them✨ I'll do my best to be a source of positive inspiration for them too!
On the way back, I was treated to a delicious lunch! I also learned a lot from hearing about the company's history, the difficult times they went through, and how they overcame those challenges to get to where they are today.
Osaka is also expected to be declared a state of emergency. This has led to changes in plans, and I was feeling a bit frustrated, but I received a lot of positive energy. This is no time to complain!
As the person in charge of the direction division, I'm thinking really hard about what I can do to help 💪
I keep saying "Communication is important!", but I'm deeply regretting not being able to update the company blog on time today as promised...
I'll be updating again at lunchtime starting tomorrow, so please look forward to it! ☺️
