Application Guidelines

Job Openings	① Sales administration / General office work ② Reception and operation of a manufacturing experience factory with an attached cafe. ③ Product planning, development, and manufacturing management
Employment type	Contract employees, full-time employees, part-time employees
Application Requirements	Experienced candidates preferred / Interest in and knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus / Previous work experience is a plus Part-timers, housewives/househusbands, and students are welcome! We also support mothers raising children!
salary	[Contract Employee] Monthly salary: ¥220,000 and up / [Full-time Employee] Monthly salary: ¥250,000 and up [Part-time] Hourly wage: 1,200 yen and up *Salary increases are based on skills, according to our internal skill map system.
Post-employment process	Initially, you will work as a contract employee for six months. After that, you can either renew your contract or become a permanent employee.
Working hours	Flexible working hours (flextime) / Business hours: 9:00–18:00
Holidays and vacations	Second and fourth Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, summer and year-end holidays (according to the company calendar)
Work place	[Head Office] 11-10 Kawamata Honmachi, Higashi-Osaka City *Commuting by car, bicycle, moped, or motorcycle is OK
