Hello.Hi, this is Chika from MACHICOCO staff. Right now, I'm writing this while listening to the lively "Injection Molding & Plastic Mold Workshop" being held via Zoom in the next room.
Yesterday, I visited the company website of Toyosato Metal Industry, a prototype sheet metal processing company.It has reopened after renovations! Machikoko was in charge of the production, so we asked Aoi-chan, the staff member who worked on it, a lot of questions.

First, what is the appeal of "manufacturing" and "prototype sheet metal work"?
Chika: The recruitment page is fun, I can't help but look at it. Lol. You can get a sense of the company's strengths and atmosphere. What were you aiming for when you created it?
Aoi-chan: We received a request to "put more effort into recruitment,"We interviewed them to find out what kind of personnel they were looking for, and then created the design while keeping in mind the overlap between those requirements and Toyosato Metal Industries' unique characteristics.
Chika: "Can make" = "Can play" - that's great. It's definitely reflected in this tagline!
Aoi-chan:Toyokin is involved in creative work, not only in the precise processing of prototype sheet metal, but also in proposing designs and even the products themselves.They want "motivated people who can pursue their goals together" to join them.
When someone who is inexperienced and knows nothing but fits the description of the person we're looking for sees this page,Rather than detailed job descriptions or application requirements,They'll likely become interested through a vague sense of job satisfaction or by gaining an understanding of the Toyokin organization.What's the reward of manufacturing? What exactly is a prototype maker within that context? And what kind of company is Toyokin within that context? I made sure to clearly explain these things first!

Chika: Including the other pages, Toyokin's personality is really exploding throughout. Lol
