Matching clients with suitable service providers is a challenge.
Yesterday, a client came to our office first thing in the morning. They were looking for a company to handle their OEM/ODM work.
I wanted to commission work in Higashi-Osaka because it has many small factories and is a hub of technology, but I couldn't find a good match. In other areas, the small factories don't promote themselves, so I don't know what to expect.
That's how the story began.
Higashi-Osaka is a hub of technology, with nearly 6,000 small factories. Because of the sheer number, the scale and technical capabilities of these factories vary greatly.
The inability to find a suitable match is a problem I've heard about before.
There are several factors at play here.
We can create it with the technology we currently have, but there's a bit of a challenge we need to overcome...
- We cannot fulfill orders without drawings.
・It's technically challenging.
There are various other examples.
Even if a company possesses the necessary technology, each company has its own set of rules for how to use that technology.
I believe that a good match means aligning with the agreement, so it might be difficult to find a company that's a good fit.

I want to expand my current business.
I want to make the company better.
Many people take on this challenge.
The problem is there's nowhere to make it...
Many of our clients come to us with the desire to do even more! MACHICOCO also gets excited imagining the future with those who are taking on new challenges, so the time we spend in meetings flies by.
We have more meetings about new products today.
The design is complete, and we move on to the next step: prototyping.
For us as creators, the happiest moment is seeing the joy on our customers' faces when they receive a finished product.
