We explained the entire process leading up to product manufacturing and proposed creating the product based on hand-drawn illustrations provided by the customer.

Manufacturing process
① Discuss your desired design with a hand-drawn illustration.
② Create 3D models and present design data (10 days)
③ Design data revision based on your requests (5 days)

④ Prototype is created using 3D stereolithography to confirm the shape and size. The shape is then fine-tuned.
⑤ Master model created using metal 3D printing. The model is then molded in metal, and the customer confirms the design and shape. (3 days)
⑥ Creation of rubber molds for casting (11 days)
⑦ Manufacturing. Casting, polishing, and gold plating are performed (17th).

We received a request to create original accessories. For customers who didn't know how to make them, we proposed the entire process, designing and manufacturing from the customer's hand-drawn illustrations. The accessories were completed while reflecting the customer's attention to even the smallest details.
